RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Your statutory right to cancel

You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. If goods from one order are delivered separately, this period begins when you receive the last item.

You may also cancel before delivery. This applies to our standard pre-order clothing, even after production has started, and to sale items.

2. How to cancel

Send a clear cancellation notice to team@mubariz.eu or by post to the address below. You may use the cancellation form provided with these terms, but using it is optional.

Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to cancel so we can identify your purchase. Cancellation does not require our prior approval.

Simply returning an item or leaving a parcel uncollected does not constitute a cancellation notice.

3. Returning your goods

Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs for non-defective goods. No separate cancellation or restocking fee applies.

Pack the goods securely. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would in a shop. Handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit may result in a deduction reflecting the actual loss in value. Opening the packaging does not remove your statutory cancellation right.

4. Refunds

We will refund payments without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. For delivered goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you cancel the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for an upgraded delivery option are not refundable.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

5. Our additional 30-day return policy

In addition to your statutory rights, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving the goods.

For requests made on days 15–30, goods must be unused, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense. We refund the returned goods within 14 days after receiving them; original delivery charges are not refunded under this additional policy.

These additional conditions do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or rights concerning defective goods.

6. Defective, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact team@mubariz.eu if your goods are defective, damaged or incorrect. We will arrange a remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law and cover necessary return costs where we are responsible for the defect or error.

Your statutory rights concerning defective goods are not limited by the return periods above.
