Shipping policy

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

By placing a pre-order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock but are available for purchase in advance. These items will be shipped as soon as they are produced and arrive at our warehouse.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Each pre-order product has an estimated shipping date, which is shown on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to delays due to production or shipping factors outside our control.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your pre-order item.

4. Shipping

Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are shipped in the order they are received unless otherwise stated.

5. Delays

In rare cases, production or shipping delays may occur. If this happens, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with updated delivery information.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

You may cancel your standard pre-order clothing before delivery, even after production has started. Your statutory 14-day cancellation period begins when you receive the goods.

If you wish to change the size or another order detail, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and the stage of fulfilment.

7. Combined Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together when all items are available unless otherwise requested.
